1. Acceptance of Terms By booking or using transportation services provided by DVJ Car Service Inc., operating as Rides with Vinny ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description We provide private transportation services in New Jersey and surrounding areas. Services are subject to driver availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Booking and Reservations Bookings can be made through our online booking system, phone, or email. By submitting a booking request:

• You agree to provide accurate information including name, contact details, and service requirements

• You authorize us to contact you via phone, email, and SMS regarding your reservation

• Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email or SMS

• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

4. Payment Terms Payment is accepted via credit card, Venmo, or other approved methods:

• Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed

• Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking

• You are responsible for all charges associated with your booking

• Credit card information is processed securely through third-party payment processors

• A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations (see Cancellation Policy)

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before service: Full refund

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: May be subject to a cancellation fee

• No-shows: Full charge applies

• We reserve the right to cancel service due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided

6. SMS Communications By opting in to receive SMS notifications during booking, you consent to receive text messages regarding your service, including confirmations, reminders, and review requests. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

7. Customer Responsibilities As a customer, you agree to:

• Be ready at the designated pickup time and location

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses

• Behave respectfully toward drivers and maintain vehicle cleanliness

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Not engage in illegal activities while using our services

• Pay for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your guests

8. Prohibited Conduct The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking in vehicles

• Possession or consumption of illegal substances

• Verbal or physical abuse of drivers

• Damage to vehicles or property

• Any conduct that interferes with safe operation of the vehicle

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund and potential legal action.

9. Liability and Insurance We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by New Jersey law. However:

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

• We are not liable for lost or damaged personal property unless due to our gross negligence

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel documents and meet all requirements for their destination

By using our services, you acknowledge that transportation involves inherent risks, and you assume those risks voluntarily.

10. Wait Time and Additional Charges

• A grace period may be provided for late pickups

• Extended wait times may result in additional charges

• Route changes or additional stops may incur extra fees

11. Privacy Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any legal action must be brought in the courts of New Jersey.

13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DVJ Car Service Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVJ Car Service Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

15. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify customers of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

17. Entire Agreement These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DVJ Car Service Inc. regarding use of our services.
